About
Ashlee Braxton learned to read a room from the side of the stage. She started in LA as assistant and talent manager to her aunt, R&B legend Toni Braxton, coordinating international tours and stepping in as a backup vocalist. In 2014 she moved to Paris speaking no French, starting as an au pair and working her way into executive roles in French Tech Companies.
Now based in Barcelona, she leads VIP experiences and hosts international events for clients including LIV Golf, Cannes Lions and FC Barcelona, and coaches people to move past the freeze and connect with a room. She is the founder of Las Damas.

The Color of Your Voice
Under pressure, most voices go grey. This is how you bring the color back.
Every voice has a range of colors: warmth, urgency, calm, play. Nerves shrink them down to one flat tone, and the room stops listening. Drawing on her years as a vocalist, Emcee and coach, Ashlee shows people what their voice can do and has them try it on the spot.
