GLOBAL EVENT MANAGEMENT
For international brands and agencies that need someone who sees the whole picture and knows how to get it done.
People. Production. Suppliers. Timelines. VIPs. Stakeholders. Last-minute changes.
My job is to see all of it, understand what matters most, and make sure the pieces come together.
From corporate events and conferences to executive experiences, VIP hospitality, sports and live productions, I bring structure, calm and attention to the details that can make or break an event.
Worldwide.
Complex events have a lot of moving parts.
WHEN THE ROOM NEEDS SOMEONE TO TAKE OVER.
Maybe the event is already in motion.
Maybe there are too many moving parts and nobody quite owns the whole picture.
Maybe the timeline is slipping, the suppliers aren't aligned, the VIP experience needs attention, or the team simply needs someone who can walk in, understand what's happening and make a plan.
That's where I come in.
I don't need everything to be perfect when I arrive.
I need to understand what matters, what isn't working and what needs to happen next.
THE GOAL IS SIMPLE:
MAKE THINGS EASIER, NOT HARDER.
Every room has an energy.
Every event has a rhythm.
Every person brings something different to the table.
I notice the details, the gaps, the people, the energy and the moments that could easily get lost.
Then I figure out what needs to happen next.
That's part intuition, part experience and a lot of paying attention.
Whether I'm managing an international corporate event, coordinating VIP hospitality or working alongside a production team, I bring the same approach:
SEE. CONNECT. DELIVER.
I SEE WHAT OTHERS MISS.
SELECTED EVENT EXPERIENCE
A selection of international events, executive experiences, VIP hospitality programmes and live productions I’ve managed across corporate, sports, entertainment and experiential environments.
