The Happy Choice Podcast
Hi! I’m Ashlee Braxton and welcome to The Happy Choice Podcast.
I created this podcast in my own journey of mental health where I realized, happiness is actually a choice. I share stories of mental health, get the professionals to give us some tips and facts to bring awareness to mental health. The more stories and knowledge we share, we can help others. Everyone should know they are never alone.
We live in a world where we think we’re crazy, but we’re not, we’re just human.
These stories and educational podcasts have changed the world, and you and your story can change the world too.
We want to hear your story!
Everyone has a story and each story matters. Write us your story and let us know how you triumphed! We may ask to feature you on the podcast and newsletter!

"I want people to know that it's okay to feel your feelings - if anything, it's normal and healthy to acknowledge how you truly feel. What's not okay is to suppress and/or suffer in silence. A mental health diagnosis does not doom you for life unless you choose to do nothing to help yourself. It's your story - how do you want it to go?"

(At least it helped me and I’m happy I did contact this person) I want to help you how to contact the person with who you want to talk with whether it’s family, friend or parents.
